Furniture Sales Executive, Cape Town

We are looking for a responsible, friendly, and motivated individual with 6-8 years of experience in sales and operations management within the furniture / interior design industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design, customer service, order management, and reporting.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist customers in finding the perfect furniture pieces, advising on styles, fabrics, dimensions, and construction.
• Keep the showroom organised, neat, and visually appealing.
• Manage daily showroom operations, including opening, closing, and ensuring correct signage is displayed.
• Process quotes, invoices, and orders through our tracking and invoicing system.
• Follow up on orders and provide excellent after-sales service.
• Generate reports on foot traffic, sales trends, customer feedback, and showroom performance.
• Work independently while collaborating with our head office in Johannesburg.

What You’ll Need:

• 6-8 years of experience in furniture sales and showroom management.
• Proven record of achieving sales targets.
• A quick learner who can absorb product knowledge fast and confidently advise customers on specifications, fabrics, and construction.
• Strong computer literacy with experience using invoicing and tracking systems.
• Excellent organisational skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently while staying connected with the Johannesburg head office team.

Location: Woodstock, Cape Town

Hours: Monday–Friday 08:30-16:30; Saturday 09:30-14:30.
