2. Where are you based?

Our factory is in Johannesburg, and we have showrooms in Kramerville (Johannesburg) and Woodstock (Cape Town).

1. How do I order?

You may order online or at one of our showrooms. Or email us for a quote at hello@estorahome.co.za.

Online order: We have made the ordering process extremely simple for your convenience. Simply select the product(s) that you are interested in, choose your custom options, and make your purchase online. You will receive confirmation of you order and it will be added to our production queue. .

2. What is your lead time?

We have a manufacturing lead time of 3-4 weeks. For orders within Gauteng, delivery will normally take place within this period. For orders outside of Gauteng, there will be a 1-2 weeks added for delivery – this time depends on the area of the delivery. If there are extraordinary circumstances that have caused a delay, we will contact you and let you know.

3. How can I customize my couch? 

You can customise your couch by size, orientation, fabric, colour. Unfortunately we do not ofer custom dimensions, but we have many many options to choose from, I’m sure we can find something for you.

4. How do I track my order?

Simply email us on sales@estorahome.co.za and we will let you know how far along we are with your order. 

1. What payment options do you offer?
We offer secure payments with Yoco (EFT, Credit/Debit Card), EFT or card payments in store.

2. Is it secure?
Yes, all of our payment options are completely secure and run by trusted and well-renowned third party applications.

3. How do I know that my payment went through?
You’ll receive an order confirmation email from us with confirmation of your successful order.

4. Do you offer payment plans?
No, we do not.

5. Do you offer cash on delivery?
No, we do not offer cash on delivery.

1. Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver to all main areas across South Africa. Please have a look here to see if we deliver to your area.

2. How much is delivery within Gauteng?
We calculate our delivery fees based on distance from our showroom in Kramerville:

1-29km – R600; 

30-59km – R800; 

60-79km – R1000.

3. How much is delivery outside of Gauteng?

Our delivery fees are calculated on volumetric weight + distance from our factory in Johannesburg. For delivery in these areas, approximate delivery charges are: 

Sofas – R1000

L Shapes – R1500

Corners – R2000

U Shapes – R3000

Beds – R1000

Headboards – R500

Armchairs & ottomans – R500

Please note that these are approximate delivery fees and may differ slightly.

If your delivery area is not covered, please get in touch with us for a quote. If you order online and your delivery area is not covered, we will get in touch to propose an alternative – this may bear an additional cost. 

 

4. How long is delivery?
We have a manufacturing lead time of 3-4 weeks. For orders within Gauteng, delivery will take place within this period. For deliveries outside of Gauteng, delivery may take 1-2 additional weeks. This will depend on where you are located and the courier’s schedule.

5. Can I collect my item?
Yes, you can arrange to collect your item from us. You can select this option on checkout for no fee. Collection will be at our factory in Marlboro, Johannesburg. Please note that we do not assist with carrying or loading your items. 

6. What happens if I’m not home to receive my delivery?

We will arrange with you before we set out for deliver to ensure that there will be someone to receive your delivery.

1. Do you have a refund or returns policy policy?

Because we are fully customisable, we do not offer returns and refunds. However, we will ensure that we rectify any reasonable issue that you may have with our product that serves as a shortcoming on our side.

Our Joburg showroom will be closed from 12-16 September.
