1.1. Delivery Cost
a. Delivery within Gauteng is charged according to the distance from our Kramerville showroom and not on the amount of items purchased:
b. National Delivery charges are based on volumetric weight. The bigger the items and the more the items you order, the higher the cost will be. This cost is calculated upon checkout. Each product ranges from R800-R3000 for delivery.
If you are ordering more than one item, let us know and we can offer a R300 discount on each item after the first.

1.2 Lead Time
a. Deliveries times: Our normal manufacturing lead time is 3-4 weeks. For deliveries within Gauteng, we arrange delivery as soon as we have completed your item. Deliveries outside of Gauteng could take from 3-7 days for main areas and from 1-2 weeks for outlying areas.
b. Special Circumstances: When we have big sales, lead times may vary, but this will be adequately communicated with you. In situations that are out of control, lead times may vary, we will, however, keep you updated. During the busy periods (Nov-Dec), national deliveries may take more time.
1.3 Arranging deliveries: For local deliveries, we will contact you as soon as your item is complete to arrange delivery, usually for the following day. For national deliveries, the courier company will contact you beforehand to arrange your delivery with you.
1.4 Customer Availability: Customers are required to be available to receive their delivery on the day agreed upon. If the customer is unavailable and could not be completed after we agreeing to a day, we will charge for a new delivery to be done at a new date. Please note that we cannot guarantee an exact time for delivery due to the nature of furniture deliveries and because we rely on a third party courier to fulfil our deliveries.
1.5 Delivery Process:
a. The courier will usually call you when they are on the way to you. Our friendly delivery partners will assist in offloading and taking your items into your home, as well as discarding of waste.
b. While the delivery partner strives to ensure a smooth delivery process, we do use a third party courier so they may not know the intricate details of the couches or the couch that was ordered including exactly how the configuration ought to be set-up. Please assist and guide them through this.
c. The onus is on the customer to ensure that the items will fit into their homes and rooms. We manufacture items that should fit into homes under ordinary circumstances, however, the customer’s complex or home may have narrow alleys, staircases etc. In this case, it is the duty of the customer to know this and inform us when placing your order. While the courier may offer hoisting, this will be at the customer’s own risk and at an additional charge agreed upon with the courier – this is only applicable for Gauteng deliveries.
d. Truck access: The onus is on the customer to let us know the vehicle restrictions for their complex. If a delivery cannot be completed because of restrictions, a new delivery will have to be paid for and organised.
1.6 Customer’s Responsibility:
a. Customers, or a trusted representative is responsible for overseeing the delivery and ensuring that the items are received in good condition and that the correct items have been delivered.
b. We are not responsible for any mishaps, damages or missing items during delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the path for delivery is cleared and also to ensure nothing goes wrong or goes missing during the delivery.
c. It i9s the customer’s responsibility to be available on the day of delivery and not make the courier wait. They have an extremely busy schedule and delays would cause a ripple effect on that.

Important Notice: Orders for manufacturing in 2024 are closed. All orders placed from 13 November 2024 will be fulfilled in the new year.
